Dr. Muñoz Jiménez is the first and only surgeon in America who has been trained directly by Dr. Karl Aigner in Selective Regional Chemotherapy, an advanced treatment technique. He is also certified by the Mexican Association for Comprehensive Wound Care and Healing (AMCICHAC), which demonstrates his expertise in Advanced Wound Management.

In addition, Dr. Muñoz Jimenez has completed an innovative certification and training program in "Surgery Without Footprints" (IMANLAP) (Magnetic Surgery) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This advanced technique allows for minimally invasive surgeries, resulting in reduced scarring and faster recovery time for patients.

Dr. Muñoz Jiménez began a postgraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) in 2011, and completed a Doctorate in Medicine at the Universidad Central del Este in 2008. He has worked at several highly respected medical institutions, including the Hospital Militar Docente Dr. Ramón de Lara.
