Internship in Nicaragua from 1982 to 1984. Specialty in cardiology second degree in 1995 at the National Institute of Cardiology Havana, Havana, Cuba and first degree in cardiology, 1987 at the same institute.

Revalidated degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2004. He has participated in more than 28 National Congresses and 21 International Congresses of Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery and/or Intensive Care. He has been working at the Punta Cana Medical Center since 2004 as part of the founding team of specialists.

Interned at Bournigal Medical Center in 2010. Member of the Dominican Society of Cardiology, Dominican Medical College, Caribbean Medical Association (AMECA), Cuban Society of Intensive Care Medicine and Cuban Society of Cardiology.
