Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Dr. Toribio has a Post-Graduate Degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). Post-Graduate Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). She has a Doctorate in Medicine from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and has completed courses in Colposcopy, National Institute of Advanced Sciences (INACIA). Obstetric and Pelvic Sonography, Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) and Obstetric and Pelvic Sonography, National Institute of Advanced Sciences (INACIA).

She is a member of the Dominican Gynecological Society and the Dominican Society of Prenatal Diagnosis and Treatment.
